1. Services We Provide

We install, repair, and maintain artificial grass systems for residential and commercial properties in Bridgeport, CT and surrounding areas. Our services include site preparation, turf installation, and follow-up maintenance as needed.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and our site inspection. Final pricing may change if we discover unexpected conditions during installation, such as poor drainage, hidden debris, or structural issues that need addressing.

We will always inform you of any price changes before proceeding with the work. You have the right to decline additional services at any time.

3. Payment Terms

We typically require a deposit before starting work. The amount varies depending on project size and materials needed. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees as allowed by Connecticut law.

4. Scheduling and Delays

We do our best to stick to scheduled dates, but weather, material delays, or unforeseen site conditions can affect timing. If we need to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible.

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring pets and children are kept away from the site during installation.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship. If you experience issues with the installation within the warranty period, we will return to address them at no additional cost. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, extreme weather events, or lack of proper maintenance.

The artificial grass itself comes with a manufacturer warranty. We will provide you with warranty documentation upon project completion.

6. Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or make significant changes to your project, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may result in restocking fees or charges for work already completed.

7. Liability and Property Damage

We carry liability insurance and take care to protect your property during installation. However, you are responsible for marking and disclosing the location of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden features on your property.

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed utilities, structures, or landscaping features.

8. Maintenance and Care

Your artificial grass requires minimal maintenance, but proper care extends its life. We will provide you with care instructions after installation. Failure to follow basic maintenance guidelines may void certain warranty protections.

9. Dispute Resolution

If any issues arise, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work together to find a solution. Most concerns can be resolved through open communication.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any legal disputes will be handled in Fairfield County courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
